Patton PTA is excited to announce that every time you shop Amazon Smile or Amazon Prime, The Amazon Smile Foundation will donate 0.5% on all eligible items to Patton Elementary at no additional cost to you! Once you have selected your Patton charity, you can link it to your Amazon Prime account so you can shop in either location for your convenience.  A variety of items are eligible like groceries, household items, baby, toys, electronics, clothes, health, kitchen and much more.  Spread the word and tell your family and friends how to support Patton Elementary!

How to setup your Patton Elementary Charity

1. Go to smile.amazon.com in your web browser
2. Sign in with your Amazon.com credentials
3. Click on the menu bar
4. Scroll down and click on settings
5. Select AmazonSmile
6. Click on Change Your Charity
7. Find George Patton Elementary PTA and click Select

How to link Amazon Smile to your Amazon Prime Account 
(This will allow you to shop in one place Amazon Prime and The Amazon Foundation will donate to Patton.)

 

1. First, you must update your Amazon Account in your app store to link Amazon Smile to Amazon         Prime.  The name of the app you will want to update is called Amazon Shopping.
2. Next, in your Amazon Prime account, click on the menu bar.
3. Scroll down and under Programs & Features 
4. Click AmazonSmile
5. Click on Turn on Amazon Smile and follow the prompts
6. Now your Charity will automatically be link to your Amazon Prime Account 
   (It May take a few minutes for Amazon Smile to link to your Amazon Prime account.)

How do I tell if an item is eligible for a donation to Patton in Amazon Prime?

When shopping in Amazon Prime you can see if an item is eligible for an AmazonSmile Donation to Patton by clicking on an item you are interested in purchasing. Under the price of the item it will say “Eligible for Amazonsmile donation”.
